In 2021, Dulcinea Herrera was crowned Miss Kansas City Latina, earning the title through leadership, presence, and purpose. During her reign, she served as a public speaker and community advocate, visiting schools and organizations to inspire youth, promote cultural pride, and encourage confidence and self-expression. With over a decade of modeling experience beginning at age 14, Dulcinea brought professionalism, poise, and creative depth to the role, using her platform to elevate representation and empower others through visibility, service, and storytelling.
